Nicknaming my child

My MIL keeps calling my son "Bubba" my son is almost two he tells her no. I hate she calls him that so now she only does it when I'm not around. My oldest child keeps telling me he keeps telling her "that's not his name." I'm getting tired of it. What do I do?
