What do you do or say to empower your spouse or SO?

What do you intentionally do and/or say to make your partner feel empowered? Or appreciated, motivated or good about themselves.

Everyday I tell them how much they mean to me, I do certain service tasks for them, and I compliment them. I try to empower them daily with a variety of methods and they do the same for me.

I remind him what difficulties he went through in his life and how this made him the person he is today.

Always give my man compliments, lik he does for me. Hes a hard worker and always is taking care of his things, so when i know hes tired ill give him a massage at night. Or surprise him with breakfast. Or help get things done, simple things. He likes me showing through action so ill help wash his dogs, change out shower curtains that hes been wanting to get to, fold his laundry while hes working (if we work opposite schedules that day). These are all things he does on his own, but when i do them it makes him feel appreciated and gets it out of the way so he can focus on his daily goals

Compliments after he has told me something he accomplished recently. I also say I appreciate him and everything he does out of the blue. Sometimes when he simply does something on his own that I don't expect from him, I show enthusiasm for him being the best. Sometimes I tell our son in front of my husband that he has a really great dad and that he should go give him a huge hug and kiss. On ocassion just buying him a favorite snack and setting it on his desk for him to come home to. There are many things I can't think of. But I just like giving in any way that I can to show my gratitude.
