Anyone else’s husband or s/o not good with the newborn stage?

My husband and I have 2 kids together, a 3 yr old and a 3 month old. Well he has never been good with the newborn stage. The screaming and crying drives him nuts for some reason and he snaps. It makes me mad because he doesn’t understand that they’re just a baby, that’s their way of communicating. 
Just wanted to see if anyone else deals with this too or am I the only one

Let me preface this by saying my husband is a phenomenal husband. That being said, he sucks at the newborn stage and absolutely hates it. He loves our babies to bits, but struggles with the lack of sleep, the high pitched screaming, and witching hours. It makes him lose his temper and eats at his patience. After our oldest we found a better way for us to handle the newborn stage. He took on more responsibility with our oldest, did diaper changes for our youngest, burped her, made bottles, stored breast milk, and held her when she was asleep/awake and happy. I took on most of the crying and difficulty, but when I needed a break he was right there and willing to help. Newborn stages are hard on us, but once it passes things go back to being wonderful. Our kids are 2 and 16 months and every single day I see how much of an amazing father my husband is.
