I remember that freak thing. It used to be this thing on YouTube that would appear as a hack into kids shows and tell them to stab people, cut themselves, etc. super super creepy. Personally saw it once as an adult and I felt scarred for life. 
Im assuming it’s appearing due to some kind of predatory activity by whoever is putting it places.

Anyone else getting these?
