2nd Trimester Headaches

Im currently 14+2 weeks pregnant & I’ve been getting headaches like almost every other day. They will either go away for a couple hours, but I will eventually get them again during the day. I already take Tylenol extra strength and like I said they seem to work at times but not always.

Are there any other ladies here that go through the same thing, maybe do something different or take anything different that can help? These headaches are pretty bad to the point. I don’t feel like doing anything.
