I have had 4 kids, last one was 2020, all were natural and I didnt spot during that pregnancy.. I just found out I’m 7 weeks pregnant with twins and I’ve had light brown and sometimes dark brown spotting when I wipe, today there was a penny sized clot with pink spotting, but it stopped immediately, the spotting turned light brown again.. I do have cramps but it’s not terrible, went to wipe again and there was no bleeding at all.. should I take this to the doctor who confirmed my pregnancy in the morning or emergancy tonight? Or just wait and see til tomorrow? I don’t have a family doctor or OB yet..
