Today was my first ultrasound, i had my last period on 25th jan & on 27th feb confirmed pregnancy through a home kit & later next day through a urine test, both of which were positive.

I’ve been on bed rest & progesterone since then as i’ve had 2 miscarriages in the past.

Today when i went for the ultrasound there was nothing in the uterus but corpus luteum was seen in the right ovary & also my linning was 13.8mm thick.

I’ve gone for blood work to determine hcg levels whose results i’ll get tomorrow until then has someone been in the same boat?

also if it’s delayed ovulation how did the positive come right after the missed period date?

Apart from my fertile window of 5th-15th feb i haven’t had physical

relations with my partner.
