Numbness and tingly in left hand currently 24 weeks pregnant

Ok so I’m freaking out bad! I’m 24 weeks pregnant with #8. I was doing laundry when I suddenly noticed my left hand felt weird. I noticed the palm in my left hand went completely numb I could not feel anything at all. I was pressing onto my palm and massaging it, it was tingly, then the feelings went away within a minute. I’m wondering if this is a normal part of the pregnancy?
