I have all but i use like all pads! Tampons feel wierd when they r in and idky but its impossiblefor me to insertmy cup! Plz help! Thanks!

I’ve had my period since I was 7. I’ve been using tampons/panty liners for a long time. Ask your daughter what she would like to try. I hated the menstrual cups. They were very painful.

Tampons and pads! :) I bought a menstrual cup when I was younger but it was always so hard and painful to try and get in so I was never able to use it. Once I got married (waited till we were married for sex) I tried the menstrual cup later and I like to use it with a pad for leaks.

I'm 20 and I still use pads , I like Mia pads but they're probably only available in my country , try to use cotton soft pads.
