Hey ladies this is my first cycle using letrozole 5mg and i have been using OPKs for the last 6 months or so and never once had a positive, had a surge every month but never enough to get to positive. Anyway I took pills cd3-7 I am now cd16 and have been using OPKs since cd8 and still no positive, I had a surge in cd12 but not enough to be positive. Is there still a chance I ovulated? I have a regular 28 day cycle and will be getting a 21 day progesterone blood test to check for confirmed ovulation I’ve had one before I started medicated cycle and my level was 13….. should I definitely be getting blazing positives while on letrozole? Has anyone has a surge but no positive but still gotten pregnant that cycle? Would love to hear some stories as I just help helpless and so sick of being disappointed every month 😔🥺 I just want my baby ❤️ I’m 34 and this would be my first
