What is going on??

I’ve been trying for months with my fiancé and we’ve had a lot of disappointments and false alarms. My period is super late and I’m usually very regular. My last cycle was 26FEB2023 and I still haven’t started my period but I’m testing negative which is driving me crazy. My acupuncturist said I should’ve started my cycle 25MAR23 but here we are in April and still no Aunt Flo. I’m also peeing like crazy and have sensitive nipples but still negative tests. I feel like my body is playing a cruel prank on me and I don’t think I can take much more disappointment.
