Temp drop is this normal?

This is my first cycle using bbt so I’m not familiar. It looks like my temp dropped a little this morning. Is this a sign of anything or concerning?

Nope, not at all! It didn’t drop below your cover line so ovulation was confirmed. Totally normal to get temp dips during the luteal phase. When I was still temping, some of mine were BIG drops and I eventually learned that was due to a “secondary estrogen surge” women get during the LP! Hope this helps☺️

Your chart looks like you may have ovulated CD14 so you are only 6DPO. If you download fertility friend it will tell you based on your temps when ovulation can be confirmed. Premom determines ovulation based on your OPKs which is not reliable or accurate. Good luck!

Bbt only confirm ovulation but let’s you also know when you ovulated, dpo, luteal phase length (is from the day after ovulation to period which stays the same each cycle give or take 1-2 days. Average length is 12-14 days give or take 1-2 days.) when period is coming by temp drop or if you miss your period and your temp stays up then there is a chance for pregnancy
