Milk supply
Is there a way to bring back my milk supply? I messed up by not pumping as much as I should have been and now my supply is really low. I used to get 5-6oz per breast but now I’m lucky to get 4oz combined. Baby doesn’t like breastfeeding either so he can’t help with my supply 😔
