Taking plan B and anxious
Hey guys,
Possibly this is too much information, but I had a situation with my boyfriend in which I feel like I want to take a plan B just to be safe. I recently just went off my birth control because it was causing me to have severe anxiety attacks. I am scared that if I take plan B I am basically taking a mega birth control and I will not be ok. What do I do?
