Has anyone ever had an HCG slightly drop then go back up?

At 4 weeks and 5 days my HCG was 3,154. 48 hours later dropped slightly to 2,929. Has anyone had one slightly drop then rise again and not miscarry??

Not normal for HCG to drop. Sorry it sounds like a miscarriage.

Unfortunately HCG dropping in early pregnancy is never a good outcome
