It’s been a rollercoaster. My thyroid has been fine off Synthroid for years. When we started ttc it elevated a little so started on a tiny 25mcg dose to bring it below 2.5. 6 weeks later my level was virtually 0 so my doc told me to take it 6 days a week only. I just got my BFP and my doc tested my TSH at 4+2 and it was 23!!! This is making me soooo nervous!!! I’m now taking 75mcg daily for now

Anyone have anything like this happen and it turned out ok??
