Looking for guidance, suggestions thank you

Hi all, ill be honest im not the most organized person and did not grow up with much guidance but now with my fertility issues and wanting kids i just need help where to begin, i have a decent job now with health insurance, i never had a primary care dr, always ended up in the emergency room, ive had 2 back to back ectopics. Dr said my left tube was clear, still, baby did not reach my uterus and the left tube was taken. I still have my right one and both ovaries but i am too scared to try again naturally without first checking my right tube. How do i quickly get an HSG appt or any other recommendations? Accupuncture? I started serrapeptase. I do not care about the cost, just want to do the test or other suggestions. Went in for a pap smear and the dr did not understand that i do not have trouble getting pregnant, she told.me.first to try then i can see a specialist, she referred me to urology (why?) im 35, i do not want to try to get pregnant and risk ending up in the ER losing who knows what else next time. Thank.you <3 Please help me with advice and how to navigate the industry. Do I just call a fertility practice? So confused...
