Eye eczema? Help!

Over the last couple of weeks I’ve had a rash on my eyes, very dry, red and peeling skin which really burns and stings. This photo is one of the eyes.

There has been small bumps under the other eye which are similar to ones I’ve had on

my hand (that makes sense to be eczema, although I never had it before this year and I’m 25)

I saw a pharmacist who recommended a cream for eczema but it was so painful.

I put Nivea on it to cool it when it is unbearable.

Any other ideas about what it is or what to use would be much appreciated, thank you!
