Please help!!!

Hi ladies,,, I need help,,, so AF is 4 days late,, I have got a lot of milky coloured stretchy CM and cervix is quite high up,,, nipples have gone huge and sensitive,,, I tested on day AF was due and yesterday (3 days late) and were all negative,,, any advice please
