induction day soon
37 weeks and 1 day today. scheduled to be induced on the 19th. I got a cervix check and i’m still not dilated any but doctor said his head is very low. Is there any tips on how to get dialated to atleast 3cm before i go in next week? i’ve been drinking my labor prep tea from pinkstork, eating my dates, walking a mile a day, and doing excersises on my ball such as bouncing, pelvic tilts, etc. any tips ?
