What do.i.do

My baby boy started teething last month with no difficulties since last week he started.losing interest in food yesterday he refused to eat almost the whole day tried breastfeeding him at night he started shivering i gave him food and he stopped shivering he hasn'treached 1 year yet can someone please guide me on how to make him eat i hate seeing him shiver
