pls help…

recently i had to take antibiotics and everytime i take antibiotics it always throws off my vagina. this time, for a week and a half, i’m itchy and usually i can just drink a ton of cranberry juice and be all good. when i checked my underwear today it was more yellow than it normally is and i’m still itchy. it’s not so bad that it stops me from doing things and i’ve gone an hour or two and not notice it but i’m frustrated and thrown off by the yellow discharge

i don’t have an obgyn so i don’t really have anyone i can go to anytime soon. any advice or an idea of what’s wrong with me?
