hi what are some tips on how to keep it smelling fresh down there and maintaining a good ph balance? very curious to learn different ones that work for y’all.

* 60% higher odds of a UTI
Feminine washes/gels: 
* 3.5 times higher odds of BV 
* 2.5 times higher odds of a UTI
Douche in the previous 6 months: 
* 3 times higher odds of a yeast infection 
* 7 times higher odds of BV
* 2.5 times higher odds of a UTI
Adverse health conditions were not significantly associated with the use of these products that were not marketed for vaginal/vulval use and were used only occasionally:
* deodorant sprays
* powders
* baby oils
* hand/body creams
* deodorant suppositories. 
No significant associations were found between having an STI and the use of any particular vaginal/genital health and hygiene product.
