Breakout like ive never seen before

Hi everyone. I got off birth control 6 months ago because i just didnt want to take it anymore. I am 21 and got on it when i was 19. I never had acne before then and have always had good skin. Family has no history of acne. However now im dealing with acne on one side of my face near the temples/cheek area. I am a side sleeper but i sleep on both sides.. i wash my face everynight and change my pillow cases frequently. I have no idea what to do. Ive tried pimple patches simple cleasers, paulas choice, tretinoin, simple creams, expensive creams, spf, no spfs. Everything seems to break me out. Is this fungal acne by any chance? I just would like some help thank you. Im also so anxious about how bumpy it is that i unfortunately pop the ones i can pop. Its like a bad habit too so please no judgment.
