At almost 39 weeks I went into labor without realising. My amniotic fluid kept leaking out slowly so hubby took me to the hospital. There was just very slight pain once but when the nurse inserted her finger to check my dilation, she triggered the labor pains. I was 6cm dilated. Gave birth to my first twin, my adorable daughter not long after but my phenomenal son took an hour and 30 minutes to come. Dr. Had to assist with a vacuum and my I had a very bad tear from my vagina to my anus. Love my twins so much but the stress is crazy. No one told me about newborns having colic pain and struggling to pass out poop and the need to be held all the time
