Ttc -cramping in fertile window

Hey guys I currently have a baby who’s 13 months old I just went into my fertile window today and glow says im suppose to ovulate on the 21st. Is cramping a good sign meaning I’m going to ovulate? Also how accurate is glows guess on the day your suppose to ovulate? Has it been spot on for you guys or way off?
