Iud question?

So I had a iud for a bout a month and just got it taken out last Monday and this weekend me and my man did the deed and today I’ve having some spotting and I just wanted to see if anyone with the same uterus had an iud and then got it removed and got pregnant? I have a one year old and just lost my second baby in January..
