Peed the bed as an adult!

I’m 22 years old and last night I wet my bed for the first time in my life. I was extremely tired last night and fell into a deep sleep.

I guess I had a dream that I was in a field or something and had to pee in my dream and then I urgently woke up because I was literally PEEING in my damn bed. I was able to stop peeing once I realized but It went thru my sheets and I had to clean them at 5 am 😭😭😭

Has this happened to anyone else ?????? I am mortified.
