Saw my high risk ob today and explained to them I was having Braxton Hicks. He said don't use that word because it's even studied that braxton hicks are just contractions and can dilate you. He said he would need to check my cervix. So he proceeded to do that and said oh you're 60 percent effaced 😩. He said I don't like that at all and gave me the ob ecc emergency room card and told me to monitor my contractions. If I'm doing good he really wants me come back in 2 weeks to check again. I'm only 25 weeks I forgot to ask what does this even mean 😭
