Baby 4mo old doing *mean* stuff?

If I'm bottle feeding him he'll try and sometimes knock it on the floor. Then he'll pull at my clothes or grip my arm harder he's only four months

He’s not being mean or doing mean things he is a baby. He is most likely communicating his needs to you. Babies are trying to figure out the most basic of things. Knocking a bottle down to watch mom pick it up means he is learning cause and effect. He is figuring out how the world works.
