First postpartum period?
When did everyone get their period back? I’m currently 12 weeks postpartum and only pump once every two or three days. I’ve been cramping off and on for 2-3 weeks but no blood. I’ve been using ovulation strips to see if I could track my cycle but it’s all over the place with no “high” level. Today I’ve been cramping and have EWCM but ovulation strip still low. I have pcos but my periods before pregnancy were regular.
