How do you handle a shitty teacher

I'm in college and there's this teacher and she's the only teacher for the credit I need. Comp 1 and 2 and speech. I knew I hated her and the first day I met her because I wanted to make sure she got my disability accommodations disability services sent out. And she said "Do you really need these? Do I really have to. Like are you the type to report me if I don't give you these accommodations ". I knew I was in for a semester.. She made a very big deal about giving me more time on test and letting me go to separate room to test even though she legally has to. Some times she would tell me no. She would also say "In the real worl a job isn't gonna accommodate you". Which, yes they will. Legally they have to. I had written an essay on the foster system since I'm a foster kid and they got used against me because when my grade hit a C she said I need to do better because I'm wasting tax dollars money giving foster kids free everything. She also has a strict attendance policy. I've only missed class twice and she threw a fit. First time was my adoptive dad died. Second time was I raped. And every time she pushed to want to know why I wasn't there. When she found out my dad died she was sympathetic. But when she found out I was raped she said "I feel like you're just saying stuff to get out of class". I said "Yeah I totally want to lie about being raped to get out of class and she said "The world won't care about your rape". The latest situation was she gave a page essay and wanted it done in 3 days. I had so much to do and there was no way. And with my accomodations I'm allowed to get more time. I just wanted a couple more days. When I brought this up to her she said word for word "I'm sick of you and these accommodations!" I can't believe she said that. Finally I went down to disability services and explained everything. They told me not to worry about the essay and they will handle her. She emails me to come meet with her and when I do she's like "Disability services contacted me. I wish you went to me before going through them but you don't have to do the essay. I'll just give you a C. And for now on you can have extra time on test and test somewhere private". She actually said she didn't understand why I came to her. I don't like her but she's the teacher for all the classes I need for my major. Disability services said if I have an issue with her again to just let them know but I don't wanna deal with her anymore.
