Please help me! Recurrent early miscarriages

Hi everyone 💕 Please read my story. Im begging for some insight, advice, guidance and personal experience. Im currently seeing a world renowned reproductive endocrinologist, but I feel we have had little to no answers. If you have recommendations on care I’m in the KY, TN, MO, IL area. The Dr I’ve been seeing is in Memphis, TN. Im 26 and have been TTC for almost 6 years. I have Hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism, compound heterozygous MTHFR and PCOS but I currently ovulate monthly. I’ve had 5 early miscarriages, all ending by 5.5 weeks. I’ve supplemented progesterone with each pregnancy and taken low dose aspirin with the past three. My husband has a glowing Sperm Analysis. So far all blood work has come back normal and my Dr put me on a very typical protocol of letrozole, progesterone starting after ovulation and low dose aspirin daily. It’s not much different than what I’ve already been doing and I’m extremely worried I’ll miscarry again. Please please help me, I’m begging. I’m desperate to not lose another baby.
