Do you refrain from drinking alcohol?

I drink alcohol, bear or wine,  during my period.  Does it affect fertility or our cycle?

I drank periodically through TTC and I got my BFP 10 days ago! Moderation is key.

I can’t imagine alcohol is great on the body (we all know it’s not) BUT I feel it has contributed to a lot of unplanned pregnancies so I feel like it can have some helpfulness in that way 😂

A lot of women have gotten pregnant while having drinks so I honestly think it is a personal choice.
