Help me out my mind at ease somebody please😅

I went for an internal ultrasound unrelated to pregnancy (booked months ago) and the day before I had a bfp but the same night after the scan I saw some dark blood on the tissue and it’s still there but not as much, i just wondered could a scan cause the cervix to bleed abit or has anyone experienced it in very early pregnancy (3w5d) I have previously got told I have cervical ectropion which they said it could bleed when being irritated but I’m just so scared becuase I had an early mc last month so I just really hope it’s not happening agian, I’ve never really had dark old blood except when my periods about to finish so hoping it’s just the cervix or old blood or something, thank you if you’ve read all this I didn’t realise it would be this long so sorry😅
