My 2 year olds hair. Should I be putting any product in it? Her hair sometimes dries in ringlets, but other times it looks more frizzy like this.

My daughter has similar hair. I try to avoid products at all costs due to the chemicals. 
The only thing I use is a detangler which is safe for kiddos 
You just have to learn to only brush it when it is wet and to use your fingers to comb through the curls to enhance them

I used some kind from Johnson that was in an orange tube made for curly hair on my little guy. It really defined the curls and made it easier to brush.

My daughter’s hair is pretty curly too! I’ve learned curly hair is thirsty hair so I only wash her hair every other day with shea moisture for kids and condition it too. Daily we do a shea moisture leave in conditioner. We also use shea moisture detangler when needed. I’ve done a good deal of research on curly hair products and the ingredients in the shea moisture has been the best by far!

I think her hair looks beautiful the way it is. I’m a big fan of frizz, although this doesn’t look super frizzy to me.

My middle daughters hair is curly like that, at Walmart they have a curl activator spray I use right when she gets out of the shower, I dry her hair like 90% of the way and then brush her hair while defining her curls (fast depending on how much your kid likes her hair done 😂) 
But if I don't have the spray I'll just use a water bottle to wet her hair a little and then define the curls. The spray helps a lot with frizz and to keep the curls together
