Swollen

So im 2 month postpartum and havinf pain in my right side of stomach and its been going around for 2 weeks till I couldn’t stand the pain and went to e.r and the dr did cat scan and said im still swollen from pregnancy and to take ibuprofen and i been taling it but it still hurts ! Has anyone had this problem?
