Not sure what sudofed contains but when I had a really bad cold and couldn't sleep I looked up decongestants like pseudoephedrine and they're not recommended in pregnancy because they can reduce the blood flow in the placenta and to the baby. I did end up using an allergy nasal spray that had a steroid in that in low local doses is supposedly safe in pregnancy and it helped a bit. There's obviously a risk and benefit to every drug though which you have to weigh up yourself with the advice of your doctor. Hope you find some relief soon.

Yup I took Sudafed and Tylenol combo. Couldn’t help it. I was in so much pain it was affecting my sleep. Women that are doing way worse have healthy babies, I’m not going to beat myself up over a little bit of nasal decongestant and Tylenol

Have you tried Adrin, it’ll do the same thing to your nose vessels that the Sudafed ￼will do but the Sudafed effects the whole body as to the Zafron nose spray only effects the nose/sinus way. Sorry just thought of that

I wouldn’t, it’ll dehydrate you pretty bad and raise your blood pressure.
