I’m 11 months pp and stopped breast feeding in February. I’m spotting light pinkish red on and off today and cramping like it’s possibly my period, I’m so paranoid about becoming pregnant again, I’m on the pill but me and my boyfriend do not use any protection other than me on the pill. I woke up in the middle of the night and threw up and feel nauseous the last few day.. I took a test yesterday and it looked negative to me I’m just so paranoid ughgg! Any advice or experience with something similar and it was your period?
