Gift ideas from newborn to older sibling?? 😫

So I've read all about how it's a good idea to get the older sibling a gift 'from' their baby brother/sister when they're born.. I just have no idea what to get and I'm starting to panic (40 weeks tomorrow so babe could come anytime!). 
Ideally I'd want it to be something meaningful or that involves baby somehow. My firstborn is 3.5 and he is getting a baby brother. Anyone have any ideas or examples of gifts they have done in the past? 
I already got him a big brother book, and at this point he'll just be getting a new hot wheels car or something because that's all the brain power I've got left lol 😵😵‍💫 I'm probably overthinking things as usual. Any suggestions welcome!

We’re going to have 2 girls so a little different, but I got our oldest a big sister book, a matching T-shirt and onesie set from Amazon that new baby will wear home, a stuffed animal set from Target with a big animal and a little animal, and a bubble machine for outside.
