Confusing bloodwork

I did a baseline ultrasound and preconception blood work, and I have no idea what anything means. I’m really worried about the FSH especially. Also I keep reading about low progesterone levels and I don’t think they tested for that? I messaged them back but they didn’t give me any kind of explanation for anything.
