Ovulated twice ??? Send help

Question

So I ovulated on schedule this month, on the 15th, confirmed by cervical mucus, positioning and ovulation tests, but then a whole week later, same thing again, egg white cervical mucus, high soft cervix, and positive ovulation tests.
The only theory I have is that my original ovulation started but got delayed by stress ? Otherwise I’m baffled anyone have any idea what’s going on?

Did you track your bbt to confirm ovulation or have progesterone blood test ￼done? The ways you mentioned don’t actually confirm ovulation.

None of those methods actually confirm ovulation.

So there’s a thing called a double peak. Basically you go off of the last one to determine ovulation. But google could probably give you a better answer.
