44 & trying to have a baby

I am 44 & my husband is 11 years younger than me. I have been taking folic acid, prenatal vitamins & something else that I bought in Amazon for 6 months or more & nothing yet. He has a kid of his own. I had a stillborn baby around 7 years ago, I was 5 months pregnant. I also have fibroids but my doctor said that are no that big. My husband lives in a different country too but I go there often. I get very sad & disappointed when we tried & nothing.
