Butt acne!!!!

hi everyone,

so ive been on the pill for about a year and a half and my periods only stopped two months ago. since then, ive developed acne on my chest, back and butt. i did used to get it a little bit but not to this extent. im finding it really hard to not be embarrassed by it, i wouldnt judge anyone else for it ofc but i find it hard having suddenly developed it (especially finally getting over my severe face acne during my teen years)

i know my boyfriend wouldnt care (he wouldnt even mention it) but i feel really insecure about it.

does anyone know how i can get rid of this? im currently trying tea tree oil, lemons, salicylic acid and exfoliation.
