Symptoms

I need help ladies, I am only 4dpo and the 1st-3rd dpo I was cramping felt like my period was coming and then I couldn’t use the restroom for 2 days and then this morning I woke up feeling so sick to my stomach and actually threw up which I never do , and I haven’t been around anyone that’s sick because I am a stay at home mom so it’s just me and my daughter until daddy comes home. I’m not sure what’s going on but after ovulation I have been extremely tired and my body feels drained but through out the day I get cramps here and there but they are just mild and my lower back has been hurting since ovulation day and I usually just have back pains during ovulation not afterwards because they normally go away but I don’t want to get my hopes up because I have been trying for 18 months. And I miscarried in June of last year which broke my heart because I didn’t find out until after I lost the baby.
