Spotting at 6w4d

Hey all, I have a doctors appointment Monday so I’ll be able to figure out if baby is okay but for now is there anyone else whose experienced this & baby was okay?? 🥺

I had an ultrasound about a week ago (expecting to be 7w, but actually measured 5w6d) I’ve honestly been fine & feeling ALOT of pregnancy symptoms very intensely but this is stressing me out a bit 😔 i wiped again after this & there was literally nothing so I’m very confused as to why there’s a little clot??

I included a picture of my 5w6d ultrasound & my pregnancy test which I also thought was a pretty strong positive! 😕
