Severe Diastisis Recti curable?
Hi Mommies, hope all well.
I gave birth via an emergency c sec in Jan and in March found out that I have a 6cm ab separation, which the physio said was severe.
Has anyone experienced this? Can exercise and diet close such a severe gap?
