IUD string missing
So my cervix has been cramping or “aching” recently and i was trying to figure out the cause of it. I haven’t had sex or masturbated recently, i’m clean from stds and stis, and i’m not on my period. I checked my cervix for my strings and i only feel one and not the other. I’m on liletta iud if that helps any. Just looking for advice i guess? I’m not bleeding and the only pain im experiencing is in my cervix area and lower back.
