Pretty much any food is safe (aside from honey, and salty and processed foods) as long as they are prepared in an age appropriate way.

Babe can eat just about anything you eat just served appropriately. The solid starts app shows you how to serve foods safely based on age. 
You don’t have to introduced 1 food at a time. There’s no evidence to support this. Common allergens are what do need to be served separate from one another.
