Has anyone ever had all the symptoms and been pregnant but had negative tests?

My last period started Mar 11, 2023. Over the past 2 weeks or so I’ve been really nauseous and just felt weird. Over the past 2 days the nausea has ramped up even more, along with increased fatigue and headaches. I also can’t eat more than maybe 3 bites without feeling sick. My husband says my boobs have gotten bigger and that I have a glow to me.

I’ve tested multiple times with negative results, and I see the OB next week. If I am I would be like 7 weeks along. I’m just wondering if anyone has dealt with this before.
